We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Manager to oversee daily activities of the Immunogenetics Laboratory of the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, including organ procurement, bone marrow transplantation, and other specimen testing. You’ll have the opportunity to provide leadership to the department, inspiring the faculty and encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration. Alongside the Laboratory Director, you’ll work to develop innovative and efficient laboratory procedures. You’ll also monitor the department budget and maintain compliance with pertinent laws and licensure.
A Bachelor’s of Biology, Molecular Biology or related field is highly desired. Three to five years of high-volume laboratory management experience is preferred. You should have a proficient knowledge of lab practices, including safety, HIPAA, OSHA and other compliance mandates.
