Front desk coordinator needed at office of mobile diagnostic ultrasound provider, who would perform the following tasks:
1) Help answer phone to schedule patient appointments,obtain patient demographics,insurance information and inform patient about exam prep.
2) Enter patient demographics and insurance information into billing program.
3) Help with faxing and filing patient records.
4) Word processing of business documents.
5) Unpacking and organizing of office supplies.
6) Interest in learning diagnostic ultrasound billing and coding, preferred.
1) 1-2yrs experience in medical imaging office setting.
2) Knowledge of diagnostic medical imaging terminology.
3) Working knowledge of Microsoft office program.
4) Working knowledge of patient data entry into medical mastermind billing program.
