This position will support LLUMC's strategic plan and the organization's mission to continue the teaching and healing ministry of Jesus Christ, while embracing the core values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Wholeness. Works under the supervision of Senior Vice-President and in collaboration with the Medical Director/Chairman of Radiology for the overall management and direction of the Department of Radiology across all LLUMC facilities, including dotted line responsibility for LLU-Murrieta. This includes responsibility for financial resources, human resources, equipment and supplies necessary to provide patient care in an efficient and timely manner. These services may be provided for both the LLUMC and LLUCH hospitals. Performs other duties as needed.
Able to read, write and speak with professional quality; use computer and software programs necessary to the position, e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Access; operate and /or troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position.

Able to hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with workplace/patient care; see adequately to read computer screens, medical records, and written documents necessary to the position; discern temperature variances through touch.
AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology
Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare related field
Minimum five years of supervisory experience within a teaching hospital or academic environment
California State license for Radiologic Technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist
