Exceptional training opportunity in a state of the art facility. The lab conducts translational and preclinical research using PET, SPECT, and MRI to investigate brain chemistry, especially in neuropsychiatric disorders. The research includes imaging studies focusing on pathophysiology, treatment outcomes, new drug and methods development, radiotracer development and quantification (image and modeling) using HRRT high resolution PET scanning and extensive neuroreceptor radioligand radiochemistry capabilities for human and preclinical studies. The applicant will receive training in all aspects of neuroimaging, grant/manuscripts and IRB/FDA submissions.
