The chosen candidate will operate in a demanding and fast paced environment which will require highly functioning multitasking skills. The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will operate state of the art equipment in PET/CT and have the ability to interact with employees from several departments such as Anesthetists, Radiation Oncology, Child Life and occasionally Researchers. The Nuclear Medicine Technologyist will peform nuclear medicine procedures according to hospital/departmental policies and procedures.
Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program and nuclear medicine technology program required
One year experience in performing nuclear medicine exams/procedures required
Experience in XR, CT or MRI preferred
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists-(ARRT) RT(R) and Nuclear Technologist from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or Nuclear Medicine Technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
